Important safety information relating to the property and lake activities.

Your safety is our priority. Please review the following guidance before participating in any lake activities during your stay.

KAYAKING SAFETY GUIDELINES

Equipment Check

Before entering the water, please ensure:

- Your life jacket is fitted securely and cannot be lifted over your head

- The kayak is stable and free from visible damage

- The paddle is held correctly with blades facing forward

Water & Weather

- Remain within designated lake areas at all times

- Check weather conditions before beginning your session

- Avoid any hazards identified during your safety briefing

On-Water Safety

- Maintain balance by sitting upright at all times

- If you capsize, remain calm and stay with your kayak

- To signal for assistance, raise one arm clearly above your head

Communication

- Raised hand indicates assistance is required

- Follow all verbal instructions given by staff immediately

Important Rules

- No alcohol or drugs before or during lake activity

- Children under 16 must remain supervised by a responsible adult

- All participants must follow safety instructions at all times
